Mark Beckett was born just a stone's throw away from R&B mecca, Muscle Shoals Alabama. Being the son of legendary keyboardist Barry Beckett, music was always in the house. At the age of 13, Mark decided to pick up some drum sticks after hearing the great Eddie Bayers on a recording.
A year and half after his first snare drum hit, Mark did his first recording session and the rest is history.
Having a 25+ year career in the music business, Mark has played with the "Who's Who" of talent and has become one of the more "In Demand" drummers in Nashville.

The list goes on and on for what we can do for you in the studio, but we begin with a consultation to talk about your musical needs. This can be over the Phone, Facetime, Zoom, Email, or even a friendly lunch in Nashville.
Here are a couple of things that go along with getting started. After the consultation, we will decide on your musical style and form a plan. We will discuss your budgetary needs and begin putting a team of session players together. Every project is different, so there is no "one size fits all". Some features may or may not be needed which will subsequently change the total cost of the project.
Mark Beckett will be solely producing your project. This includes booking the players and studio. We will do everything possible to book around your schedule and make YOU a priority until the project is finished.
